Cookie Policy

Last updated 31 August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how MediaScale, LLC (“MediaScale,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Resolver website and application at resolver.mediascale.ai (the “Site”). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include browser local storage and scripts. They help sites work, remember your preferences, and recognize you when you return.

2. What we use

We use no analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies on the Site. The complete list of what we store on your device is:

Name What it does Type
refresh_token Set after you sign in so you stay signed in between visits. Deleted when you log out; expires after 7 days otherwise. Strictly necessary cookie
theme Remembers your dark or light mode choice. Only created when you use the theme toggle. Preference (browser local storage, not a cookie)
Google sign-in Our login and signup pages load Google’s sign-in script so you can use “Continue with Google.” Google may use its own cookies as part of showing the button and signing you in, under Google’s Privacy Policy. Authentication (third party)

3. The pixel our customers use

Businesses that use Resolver can install a measurement script (a “pixel”) on their own websites, and that script sets a cookie on those websites to recognize return visits. That cookie never appears on this Site, and its use on a customer’s website is governed by that customer’s own privacy and cookie notices, not this Policy. Our role in that processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Your choices

  • Because we set no analytics or marketing cookies, there is nothing here that needs your opt-in — the notice shown on our pages is informational.
  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookie means you cannot stay signed in.
  • We honor recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where the law requires — though as we do not sell or share personal information, there is currently nothing such a signal would switch off.

5. Changes

If we start using new cookies — for example, analytics — we will update this Policy, change the date above, and where consent is required, ask for it before those cookies are set.
